Flexible Business Advice 

There are no rules here, no fixed days or timeframe. Consultancy is an entirely flexible package. I understand that taking a whole day out of your business is not always going to be easy, because there are things to do, meetings to attend and people demanding your time. That said, this is focus time with no distractions, so sessions should operate at no less than three hours at a time, if opting for bite size chunks.

How does it work?

Exploratory Call:

We’ll have a call to determine your pain points and what you’d like my help on whether an individual project or a longer-term strategy. We’ll book the initial meet up and agree the hours for the first session.

Exploratory Workshop:

This is the fun bit. I want to understand what you’re about as a business, the good, the bad and the ugly, if you like. It’s time for getting everything out in the open about you, your customers, your solutions, and your objectives, so I have the knowledge I need to advise. We may cover this very quickly or over a couple of sessions depending upon the hours booked and the project in hand.

Findings and Recommendations Report:

I’ll compile our initial findings into a straightforward analysis report with recommendations for the next steps. It may be that some on-going consultancy across whole business processes is required, in which case I’ll suggest a plan of action. Alternatively, it may be the case that we’ve discussed a specific project or over-arching campaign and I’ll make recommendations for the next steps.

With choices from hours or days broken down over a set period through to full retainer options, the choices are entirely flexible and open. It’s what suits you, your available time and your business.
