There are no set rules here, no fixed days or timeframes. Marketing consultancy offers an entirely flexible package. We understand that taking a whole day out of your business isn’t always easy, as there are tasks to complete, meetings to attend, and people demanding your time. That said, this is focused time with no distractions, so sessions should last at least three hours if you opt for shorter, bite-sized chunks.
How does it work?

Exploratory Call:
We’ll have a call to identify your pain points and understand what help you need, whether it’s for an individual project or a long-term strategy. Afterwards, we’ll organise the initial meeting and agree on the hours for the first session.

Exploratory Workshop:
The fun part. We want to understand what you’re about as a business—the good, the bad, and the ugly if you like. It’s time to be open about you, your customers, your solutions, and your objectives so we have the insights needed to advise. Depending on the hours booked and the project in progress, we may cover this very quickly or over a couple of sessions.

Recommendations Report:
We will compile our initial findings into a clear analysis report with recommendations for the next steps. It might be necessary to continue consultancy across all business processes, in which case we will propose a plan of action. Alternatively, if we have discussed a specific project or overarching campaign, we will provide recommendations for subsequent actions.

On-going Marketing Consultancy:
With options ranging from hours or days spread over a set period to full retainer plans, the options are entirely flexible and adaptable. It’s tailored to what suits you, your available time, and your business.
