Who We Are

Hello, I’m Louise Ashton, Managing Director of inSynergy Marketing, a B2B marketing consultancy in Newbury, Berkshire. I’m a professional marketer with over 25 years of experience working with small and medium businesses and larger corporate organisations.
I’ve been fortunate to experience a variety of roles in sales, marketing, and project management, both client- and agency-side, across start-ups, SMBs, service providers, and technology vendors, giving me a broad range of experience.

Recognising that only some SMBs can afford a full-time Head of Marketing and that teams can be overstretched or lack experience, working with an outsourced marketing partner to support strategy, mentoring, management, and deliverables is the ideal solution.

I believe that marketing is the lifeblood of any organisation, as it touches every element of how your business and its people communicate to the outside world. I aim to help SMB’s focus on aligning their marketing efforts for growth with existing and new customers through consultancy and outsourced marketing solutions.
